The 5:15am classes are cancelled for tomorrow morning (Friday) at our Buffalo location. All other classes will (HOPEFULLY) be running as normal. Be safe!
Fitness Evolution Buffalo! We are a full service fitness center. Cardio and Strength equipment, group fitness classes, Silver Sneaker program, certified Personal trainers, swimming pool, Hot tub and sauna. We have Racquetball courts and a basketball hoop. We also have tanning and massage available at our locations. We have 3 locations: Buffalo, Monticello and Zimmerman
