COME JOIN OUR 5K RUN CLUB!
Looking to fine-tune your running? Just starting out with a run program? Either way, you are invited to come join our RUN CLUB Tuesday mornings from 9-10am at Buffalo and Thursday evenings from 5:30-6:30pm in Monticello.
Meet in the lobby and we'll take it from there! The run distance and the workout will vary depending on your fitness level so don't worry about whether you can do it or not. All fitness levels are welcome!

You can choose a beautiful scenic walk or run through the trails behind Buffalo High School, or for the more serious, choose to run the regular 3.1 and see if you can improve your time. It’s you against the clock.
